After a teamviewer interaction they were able to effectively identify the storage pool and create an xml profile that lead to a full recovery of the storage pool with all files intact. I contacted Reclaime support and without hesitation they were on the case.

After scanning with Recalime Storage Spaces, the software found the Microsoft Storage pool (in part) and folder structure but with the same raw file issues.
After running other recovery tools from many reputable sources I did manage to recover raw files to a good extent, but without restoring file structure and many larger files were corrupted. I accidentally wiped the pool meta data with a powershell command leaving the pool no longer recognized by Windows10. My situation was a storage space four drive parity pool of 12TB with 8TB of data. My guess is that I was able to save over 95% of my files, including the original folder hierarchy which is going to save so much time putting everything back together.
